Futures Lab Induction - Week 5

During our Futures Lab induction, we were given a short tour of various machines the university has access to. Although we weren't taught how to use them, we can schedule inductions for each machine in our own time. The lab contains two types of 3D printers, a resin printer and a faster filament printer. There are also sticker and fabric printers that could be useful for future projects. The idea of designing my own projects and being able to, quite literally, bring it to life through 3D printing is very exciting to me. Futures Lab will definitively come in handy in weeks to come when we start redesigning an old piece of technology for the thinking digital course.
