This was our final week working on the music video project. By this point, we had all the footage needed to complete the video and could begin editing. We started by reviewing the shots to select the best and most usable ones.
We then imported these clips into Adobe Premiere Pro, splicing and arranging them to match the song's rhythm and tempo. Transitions were added between certain clips to improve flow. We also incorporated leftover footage between main shots for visual interest.
Next, we applied a colour correction layer to ensure consistency, manually adjusting where needed. Additionally, we utilized free assets from YouTube and Pexels - helicopter and explosion clips for enhanced production value. Finally, we used Premiere's auto-generate caption tool to create subtitles, though manual editing was required. We also applied a title pre-set to open the video with the song and artist name.
